Aug 23 - Central Oregon Airshow at Madras Airport (S33); Sunset dinner, airshow, concert. Group flyout from Martin Field for a pancake breakfast.
Aug 27-31 - Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days. EAA 604 will have a display of Light Sport Aircraft for public viewing and staffed by members and friends of the Chapter. The planes have a great location for display just inside the Main Gates. Lots of people stop by to look, ask questions, and for conversation. A remarkable number of military pilot veterans stop by to share their story. This is a fun place to spend a couple of hours as an EAA volunteer; think about signing up for a shift. Please stop by and say howdy!
